Cartoon Competition
The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) is launching its first ever Global Editorial Cartoon Competition, looking at key CIPE themes – democracy, corruption, and gender equality – and ways in which these themes can be communicated across borders and cultures through one simple image.
You’ll find more information on the competition on the competition website.
There is real money involved – more than $5,000 in prize money is up for grabs. And the panel of judges is quite impressive, including Tom Gibson, a founding cartoonist of USA Today and Pat Oliphant, Pulitzer Prize winner and world’s most widely syndicated cartoonist.
Submissions are welcome in Arabic, English, Russian, Spanish, French, and Chinese – so you’ll find that we are really making it easy for the whole world to participate.
